Most of our clients are small businesses with varied and limited budgets. Our pricing structure reflects the idea that one business might want a single-page web site with their hours and contact information, while another may need to sell hundreds of products online. If someone takes the time to find you on the web, they are a new and qualified lead insterested in your products or services! That's why a great web page design and accurate online content are so vitally important to your organization. All web projects differ so to better assist you, we have provided the following information so you will have a full understanding of how we operate. Please feel free to contact us should you have questions that are not addressed in this section: How We Work; 1. Ideas are presented and discussed: Projected customer describes the project ideas, goals and requests. While discussing the project, we will present our ideas and resources, give an approximate dollar estimate and project the time required to do the work. We charge by the hour or for the project as a whole which ever your prefer. 2. Intial Creation: The next phase is to create a prototype of the project, Determine functionaliies and specifications. If additional cost or time is required, we will present this information to you. 3. Actual Development: The actual work of creating your project involves several processes that happen simultaneously. They involve database design (if needed), graphics designs and development of the web site. We then have to test the website before giving your full control of that site. Our clients are of course provided primary control during the progress of each of these activities. The prototype then becomes a full-scale web based solution. We will keep our clients up to date on time spent on all phases of the project (if by the hour) or will provide frequent updates on progress if project based payment has been agreed upon. If you would like to accept credit card or other forms of payment from your site, it is recommended that you establish an account with someone such as 2 Check Out or PayPal. The rates are reasonable and service is secure. This way your payments will be sent directly to your bank account safely. 4. Site Launch The final project phase is setting up hosting infrastructure. If you are going to host with us this process will of course go quicker as we will have control over our server used. If you are going to use a different hosting provider, we will work with your provider to ensure transfer of files, site set up and working state of your website goes smoothly and correctly. Final testing in the "live enviornment" will be conducted prior to relinquishing full control of the site over to our client. We will of course provide after the sale technical support until you are confident that your new site is working as it should. Additional Information regarding maintenance and or further development: We will provide limited ongoing maintenance for the web site. If however, you need to add some new functionality that what was not originally discussed and agreed upon, this newly presented idea will start a new process as before.
